smanager download trouble

Hi everyone, thanks in advance

I'm looking to switch to Hondata for my next setup which will be underway
very soon. I have been using Turbo Edit on my stock internal turbo B16 crx(270whp tuned entirely by myself) and have played with chrome a little helping a friend with his car. Any way I tried to download Smanager to see how I liked it's features and format before investing in hardware and the program wouldn't open it after the install. Do I need a serial# or an install disk? And thanks again.

You more than likely have AVG antivirus software installed...uninstall it.
