Engine operating/water temp

I have made several datalogs with my Hondata and my water temp never goes above 165degF. How am I supposed to tune if the engine is always adding cold fuel enrichment? Is there something I can do? I'm think maybe my thermostat is faulty. I have a Turbo B18B fully built and sleeved and a C&R Racing radiator. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

it's most likely the thermostat... does your heat work good? if not replace the thermostat... $10 max for replacement

It'll be a little over $10. Be sure and get the thermostat gasket too...for some reason most auto part stores sell this separate.
