Radiator and ac fan always on

i have a dual ecu setup with custom harness in an accord.

i used the alternate ac switch input to control the ac. Now the ac works but my radiator fans stay on all the time except when the vehicle is off.

what can i do about this and is it bad for the fan to be on all the time?

Since this is a non-supported vehicle with a custom harness there is really no advice we can give you.

Fans should not be on all the time.

does the fanc switch control both fans or just the radiator?
