FAN controller 1.4.1

the fan controller in version 1.4.1 not working. I set 87'C and fan is turn on about 95'C and turn off about 91.
any ideas?

Your car may not have wiring from the ECU to the fan relay. If it does not, you must wire this yourself.

so let me get this correct, this feature illiminate the option of buying these overpriced lowered temperature, mugen/spoon etc. fan switches? if so sweet!

We have always said it is a bad idea to use a colder thermostat and fan switch as it is VERY important that the car is at the proper operating temperature.

There is no wring diagram. If your car does not have the wiring then you must run a wire from the ecu output to the fan relay.

I should re-pin existing wire to fan relay?
Where is fan relay physically?

You will have to look at a Helms manual for this. www.helminc.com

A12 is connected directly to fan-switch and second wire switch - to ground.
when I set 87'C then nothing happen.
