SCS switched input

Is there anyway to disable the SCS from enabling the MIL light? I want to use the SCS to enable datalogging but it just sets the MIL on. If there is no way to disable it isn't it a pretty useless switched input?

you can pull the bulb. Its the same circuit you are closing, so the light is going to come on. There are other pins to choose from if you feel you need the MIL light.

A change was made in this area last year. Check that you have the latest SManager and have uploaded to the s300 since upgrading.
