No, what we're saying is that there are 2880 different types of the same solenoid and we don't know which one you are using.
The solenoid is one part of the boost control system. Your problem could be caused by any number of other factors.
The more information about your setup you give, the more easier it is for other people to help you. eg A calibration. Datalogs showing the boost curve at different duty cycles. The type and size of waste gate. Photos showing how each vacuum line runs to the wastegate.
There is also some trouble shooting you need to do on the car. eg Test the wastegate diaphram is not leaking or broken. Check the vacuum lines are not leaking or crimped. Test the wastegate spring action with compressed air.
