Constant 12 volt to a/c compressor with s300

My a/c compressor keeps on running on constant 12volts even when the power button is on off position. i Traced the constant 12 volts problem to the ecu with hondata s300. I switch back to my stock p72 and no more constant 12 volt. I looked up the ecu pin A17 ac controller has no voltage coming out when the s300 is plug thus giving me a constant 12 to the compressor. Then when the stock ecu is plugged in, it has a 12 volt coming out and has no direct voltage coming out to the compressor. What version of software are you using?

Its a 97 civic ex running a p72 with jumper harness. i used friends jumper with working a/c, same result. The software version my tuner uses is 1.4.1.0

You still have not posted your calibration and a datalog showing the problem.

Wells i did some more testing i ran another ecu with s300 on it and the compressor stayed off like it should. So to further investigate i switch the s300's from one ecu to another with the map loaded and my ecu still had the same results. So i now have a bad ecu. I datalog the ecu but i dont know if it would still be of any help to fix the ecu. How do i go about uploading it?
