KPRO will NOT connect to ANY laptop

Post by boostedk24teg »

I have been running kpro on my integra for about 6 months now...about 2 months ago i noticed when i was running my laptop in my car and datalogging that it would suddenly just stop datalogging on me, i would then have to unplug and plug back in the USB into my laptop and hit F10 to continute to datalog....went to the dyno a few weeks later and this problem continued to happy very frequently...tuner got very frustrated and would not even continue the tune...NOW my kpro will not connect to my laptop what so ever. When i plug USB into the laptop it says "found usb device-serial" instead of saying found Kmanager...the green light on ECU is lighting up as if it were connected, but Kmanager says "OFFLINE" in bottom left corner...i tried 4 different laptops and even my home PC with ecu out of car...i even tried a new cord...i have heard of several people having the datalogging problem but not to where it wont connect at all....any update/info on this problem would be great and much appreciated...thanks

Please call us for trouble shooting. You must have it in the car with the laptop up and running as well as the serial number from inside the ecu on the K-Pro board. If we find it necessary we will issue an RMA number and give you further instructions.
