knock sensor problem..

wassup guys, I've been having a little problem with my car. I'm always getting a code 23 which is a knock sensor. On my sensor table k level is at 5 volts and k retard at 4 degrees. As soon as I turn on the car the code pops up. I cant figure it out everything is in contact. Trying is tune knock before I tune anything else.. LMK on what you guys think Thanks Brian

uumm.. 2000 civic si orginal b16a2 bolt ons.. I'm using the obd2b s300 bundle package

Its a p28 then which has no knock daughter board.
