How to use kpro wideband

Post by mivec24 »

How do you calibrate the kpro wideband so that you would know exactly what airfuel ratio your car is doing.

It cannot be calibrated. You just plug it in and datalog. The ecu was designed to use that type of O2 sensor.

So the values that are displayed on the lap top would those really be the correct air fuel ratios. Or are those values to represent a certain air fuel ration.

I understand. What i really want to know how accurate is this. For example i normally use an innovate wideband to tune with. Would the stock wideband be as accurate as this. Lol don;t want to tune car for 11s and realise it mash up cause really it was in 14s.

It is just as accurate as an aftermarket wideband.
