i just don't know anything about injectors and what the S300 needs or can do about the OBDO to OBD1
i know its stupid but i don't wanna start the car befor i know payed to much for it to blow the ECU in seconds....

You have to have an OBD-1 Vtec Distributor or the S300 will not pick up TDC.80cvccb16 wrote:its a 1980 cvcc w/ b16

you do not need to upgrade to obd-1 injectors since you already have a resistor box in place, but there may lie a problem using DSM's with your Hondata. i think a certain ohm dsm injector will not work you will have to wait for there reply on that.

We don't recommend the DSM injectors: http://www.hondata.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=432
The Honda resistor box if you have one wired in should be enough to protect the ecu from damage, however the injectors may not give the consistent performance you need.
