cranking fuel in parameters doesn't change

Why don't the values in parameters>fuel trim>cranking base injector pulse change with injector size? I tried different values for injector size, saved the file, re-opened the file, values stayed the same. Help menu says the values are supposed to change with injector size.

The cranking fuel is automatically altered when the injector size is changed. The values in the table are not.
