KManager Problems

I have a JDM civic type-r, and i currently added a turbo to it. But the problem is that when my tuner tuned it, it cant go past 5,000rpm. Is there any limiter which i have to switch off because tuner don't know whats happening. Another thing is that whilst tuning settings that are given to the ecu are not executed and a fuck up happened at a point in time. The car didn't want to start up properly. IT starts up and when i push the throttle it shuts off immediately. Then it was found that the problem was in the software. When we restarted the Software and the car started fine. Is the software having a sort of bug or it is cause of Vista? Can anyone tell me why the software is not making any changes we set for the ecu because we cant tune it :( thanks.

load the ITR calibration on and post up a datalog.

Did someone has the same problem when setting values and unable to make any changes??
