Need some help please

Post by KProNooB »

Hey just need some help on which basemap kal you guys think I can safely run before I take my car in to be tuned. I was running the k20a3-civic high octane tune before I had my cams installed and it seemed to be running just fine. I will post a 30 min datalog with a 3rd gear pull and my current kal as soon as I put a base kal on the ECU that I can datalog safely with.

2005 Civic Si
K20A3
KPro'd PNF ECU
AEM CAI
Greddy Ti-C Catback Exhaust
Strup 4-2-1 Headers
Random Technology High-Flow Cat
Skunk2 Stage 1 Camshafts

use this and do a 3rd gear pull from 2k to reline and post it back here. keep watch for LEAN conditions , if it goes any leaner than 14:1 , let off and come back with what you have.

Alright I checked my valve lash today and it was way out on all cylinders. There was virtually no gap on any valve. I adjusted them all to the specs that Skunk2 gives. .080 on the intake, .010 on the exhaust. I reloaded the first kal you gave me and ran about a 10 minute open loop datalog with two 3rd gear wot pulls in the middle. The engine seems to have lost a lot of the torque after I adjusted the valve lash to the correct specs. Sent everything to your email.
