- serial number of your K-Pro: 370820-prb-a08
2068-800092
- the calibration (as an attachment): is a tune from a buddys car that runs perfect
- what sort of vehicle you have: 93 civic
- what sort of ECU you are using: PRB
- a specific description of the problem
I have a turbo k20z1 eg. I am having alot of trouble getting the car get to target a/f above columns 8, however i can tune for 14.7 for part throttle with no problems.
No matter how much fuel i add it wont richen up in columns 8 on into boost columns. I also added a inline pump and set base pressure at 70psi. Still wont get down to 11.8 in the boost columns. I got to the point where i went to an extreme and just added 100% fuel and still just spikes 14+ a/f under load, sometime even 17's.I have an intank pump feeding an inline and 1000cc injectors. Base pressure is around 70 psi. Getting the fuel isnt the problem.
I also tried cleared security, tried a friends k-pro, put new plugs, new wide band, took apart my FPR, injectors, and fuel filter and still the problem consists.
Map sensor is AEM 3.5 bar
Could it be my PC or k manager being currupt b/c it just doesnt want to do anything when it goes into boost.
I have my kal. attached.

Fixed the problem. Acura gave me the wrong wideband. I put a buddys wideband in and evertything worked out fine
Now that i have that problem fixed, i seem to have another issue.
My battery voltage is real choppy and dont know why. I have a good battery and i believe my alternator is good.
Here is a datalog of the pull i did. battery voltage fluctuates up top and the car starts to misfire.
Can u guys help me thank you for ur help

Yes my battery is relocatedSpunkster wrote:Since this is an engine swap the problem is most likely related to that. The problem more than likely is with the charge harness. If the battery has been relocated, that could also be part of the problem.

and i made my own charge harness with very nice marine grade 4awg wire that was nicely put together. also i relocated my fuse box to under the dash.
How could i trouble shoot that it could be the charge harness ?
Yes, but which pins would be relative for power?Spunkster wrote:http://www.hondata.com/help/kmanager/ecuconnectors.htm
