S2000 Kraftwerks Reflash Question

I'm thinking of purchasing a Kraftwerks 06-09 High Boost kit for my s2k however i had a question on running an aftermarket header and testpipe or High Flow cat. Does your reflash account for these? as the dyno's i saw on their sight just had a cat back exhaust? Will i be able to safely run a HFC and Header with this reflash or should i just get a you tune kit and your DBW K-pro system?

If you plan to change the car beyond what the kit was desinged and originally tuned with, then you should just get the tunable kit and the K-Pro.
