B18cR (jdm) map needed!

Looking for a map for B18cR (jdm):

11.4 compression (thin hg)
Overbore 0.25
Skunk2 Pro1 Cams
Skunk2 Intake manifold
Whale penis intake
98 spec headers
spoon n1 full exhaust (2.25)

etc etc etc

Anything close would be a major help....thanks alot guys!!
