Under Fuel trim, Stock Injector Size Matter?

Okay I was browsing around my smanager on my vehicle which has been tuned by a reputable tuner around my area and I realized he put 240cc injectors as my stock injectors but on phearable.net they say my vehicle came with 235cc.

Is my fuel trim going to be affected?

Also a relative question to it is he thought I had 750cc injectors when I have 650cc and he tuned the whole map under 750cc.. is that going to be a big problem? WOT feels fine from what I can tell but part throttle it leans out and richens up in some cells. =X

I don't think he's willing to retune my car at his expense so am I screwed on this tune?

If it was tuned and works properly with the settings, I wouldnt screw with it..
