A/C bogs and temp guage is slow

Post by Accord03 »

Hi, I am running a jumper harness that connects a k-pro Civic Si Ecu to my stock Accord ecu. Everything works fine but the only thing is that at idle, the A/C is bogs the idle up and down and it sounds like the clutch is having trouble engaging? and the temp guage is slow to register.

Its been dyno tuned and extra fuel was added to try and alleviate the a/c problem but it didn't. I switched on the multiplexer and the a/c blows hot air.

Any suggestions?

i have the same problem. i drive a 2005 accord with a k24a2. my a/c clutch seems to engage and then disengage at idle because it causes the rpm to fall real low. but i do get cold air when i turn on the a/c while driving on the freeway.
i was told that the harness causes your temp guage to be slow and the temp on kmanager is correct.
im located in san diego.

how is the tsx wired up? is there a specific input for the ac clutch to rev up the engine a little?
