S300 Help

Post by inte »

I keep getting a red blinking light on the usb attachment of the hondata. I know it is supposed to be green. When I am connected it won't let me do anything and it tries to update the firmware data. Has anyone seen this...

From Help, About, what version of software are you using?

Nothing, if I try datalogin or try to update to the ECU it tries to update the firmware data. It keeps going and going. It doesn't seem to work. It won't let me do anything.

It will not update firmware while datalogging. Close Smanager, reopen it, load a base calibration from File, New, and then upload the calibration. If it tries to update the firmware, let it and do not cancel or interrupt power.

I will try that. But I know that if I try to load anything to the ECu it will try to update the firmware. After is done updating, if I try to load to the ECU it will try to update again. Any idea why I have a red blinking light on the USB port. I know that when I turn the ignition it is suppossed to be green.
