Regarding future EMS for K20Z3

Post by Phalanx »

Hello,

I know that you guys have been bombarded by people 'demanding' a K-pro for the 06+ Civic Si
... but this is not the typical "omg you need to release kpro for us NOW or thousands of people
wont buy your products"

As you have stated before, there will NOT be K-pro for the 06+ Civic Si. That being said... rumor
has it that you in fact are working on something for the K20Z3.

I dont need dates for potential release date or pricing or insider information...

The only question I have for now is: "Would the product be a fully programmable ECU, similar
to K-pro... or will it be a Flash based EMS?"

I also wholeheartedly understand if you chose not to relay any info at this time. I commend you for
'keeping your mouths shut' and not making false promises on release dates, etc.

That is all, and thank you for your time.

What is the difference between 'a fully programmable ECU' and 'a flash based EMS'?

My apologies, I didnt proof-read my thread well enough.

I meant...

Will it replace the ECU or will it be flash based?

Thanks
