Your ignition map is all over the place, and it looks like there may be a vacuum leak. 14* with 0%TPS, throws up flags for me. It could also be the IACV, but I doubt it would make things that erratic.

checked all everything is good, also switched out the map sensor for another stock i got at the yard. I need some more advise, 1 thing i did notice when doublechecking everything was that my crank pulley at TDC is not lining up with the timing belt cover mark? could this be the culprit? cam gears are 1/2 tooth off....

You are not helping matters by switching parts, and not doing simple diagnosis. Have you calibrated your TPS before at all? Have you vacuum tested your intake at all? Do you understand how the ECU works to adjust fuel and timing?
If you answer no to any of those questions, you NEED to take it to someone with far more ability than yourself. Fact is, you are digging a deeper hole for yourself.

Martian i completely understand, tps is calibrated to .47 at idle and 6.6 WOT.

Intake is vaccum tested with spray bottle with soapy water.

I don't really understand how the ECU works to adjust fuel and timing?

So it has nothing to do with the hondata tuning? it's basically some sensor not throwing a code letting me kow what it is?

Question, can i still drive my car like this after viewing the datalog files?

You need to try a new TPS, or perhaps your throttle body is bad and needs to be replaced.

SPUNKSTER U ARE DA MAN!! IT WAS THE TPS!!

Can someone please tell me when setting it the way the service manual tells you to is wrong, i mean i had it at 0.48 at idle and 6.8 at wot adjusted all the way to one side as per the multimeter........ when i moved it to the middle and hondata reading 5 volts at idle the car fixed itself. I don't get it.

Most service manuals are useless when your modding a car.

Why did you not simply calibrate the tps in hondata?

When starting a new calibration one of the first things I do is calibrate the max and mins of my TPS.
