TWM ITB's+HondataS200+Wiring=HELP

2000 Honda Civic CX
2000 B18C-R Motor
2000 EM1 Engine Harness (ODB2B)
Hondata S200
I began on tucking my engine harness around my ITB's. Once i got close on finishing all the sensors, i was left with *3*

I have no clue were these go, if anyone could help me out or lead me to the right path is highly appreciated. I was told that S200 could eliminate IACV and the secondary air temp. Is this true?

You cannot eliminate these sensors. They are required for it to run properly.
