can i get the key reprogramed at a honda dealer without ruining the reflash install

Yes. See http://www.hondata.com/immobilizer.html The reflash should not be able to be overwritten, but to be safe ask the tech not to upgrade the ECU calibration.

i guess i should have been more specific
i have a 2006 civic si ,if i get the reflashed ecu reprogramed for my key

The dealer may not be able to reprogram the key. There is also a chance that in the process of trying they will overwrite the program on the ecu.

Do u know if 05 TSX can be started without the immobilizer ?

No it cannot be started without the immobilizer.
