o2 sensor problem. stumped, please help.

2003 ep3

pnf i think.

k24a1 swap. ep3 5 speed. t3/t61 turbo. 550 rc's.

I had an o2 sensor die on me, so i got a 2006 civic si primary to replace it. I had to wire it up as the connector was broken, and I wired it as follows...

black/black
black/black
blue/blue
green/white

I am getting readings in the 14.5 range at idle and at low loads...but when I get into higher loads and into boost, the A/F's stay in the 14.5 range. I know it's running rich. And if I add fuel, no matter how much I add, even up to the point where it just bogs on fuel, the A/F's don't really change. They are active, and bouncing around, and I go lean on decel like I am used to, but on higher loads, it just seems like it doesn't want to read any richer than 14.0ish.

Another thing that I have noticed, is that the o2 current is pegged at like -31 or something...so maybe it is wired wrong?

I'm not sure if the sensor settings needed to be changed somewhere for the different wideband, but I don't know what the voltage/lambda is for this o2 sensor.

Please help me out, I need to make sure that my A/F's are good in boost.

maybe someone can confirm but i dont think that ecu is compatible with the 06 Si o2 sensors. i dont know 100% though. why wouldnt you just buy one stock to the ep3?

this one was 50 bucks used....and the stock ep3 ones are really expensive, and i've been through 5 of them in the past few years.

Yeah. I don't think those o2 sensors work with K-Pro. Especially since that 06 Si uses a totally different type of ECU altogether. I could understand if it was like the P-Series of ECU's like PRB,PNF,PRC but those new Si's are RRC and RBC. I don't know I could be wrong though, just throwing that out there.

That sensor is not compatible with a K-pro. You must use am 02-04 RSX or Civic SI sensor.
