S 300 virus?

I downloaded and installed the latest version of Smanager, and AGV anti virus warned me that the executable is infected with a virus named "virut.z" It was unable to heal the infection:

Anyone else having this issue? I need the latest verson of Smanager to troubleshoot a stalling problem....
