Cannot establish communication with pcm
I have recently had a 2002 acura rsx towed to my shop with the kpro software installed. We installed a turbo kit in it last summer and he had it tuned elseware. The car recently went into limp mode and threw a cel. it seems to be running really rich the only way i can get it to start is by clear flooding it. the owner recently disconnected the battery to change his headlight bulb, and it has run rough since then. I try to communicate with the pcm with a pocket obd2 scanned with no luck then i tried my big snap on scan tool with still no luck. i just get no communication errors. this is the first time we have had to work with the kpro. any info would be great. we also live in maine if that matters. the tune was done in the summer out of state. the fuel pressure gauge on his rail says its at 70 psi when you prime the pump which seems high
