noobie lost in parts (k24a2)

hi guys...

sorry to bother, i was thinking about reflashing my 04 TSX
can't seem to find information on the right header & intake
that works fine with the reflash. what do you guys at HONDATA used
when on dyno?

i also read that race headers aren't recommended...are comptech race headers? :roll: and what exactly is a race header??

are comptech headers and ice box a good combination with the reflash??

i'm all messed up, need some help please!!
