May i ask :

What is the consequence of disabling the ELD in Smanager?

I noticed at idle, ELD reads about 2.4V ,
with headlights , it drops to 1.5V.
with A/C , it drops to 0.4V

But output from the ALTC pin just reads about 8.5V (maybe a duty cycled signal?, I don't have a scope ) , and overall Batt voltage stays at 14.1V no matter what.

Car is a JDM ITR (has both ALTC and ELD wiring in its stock harness, and no PCS) , donor ECU is a JDM P30 with S300J add-on.

The ELD signal causes the ECU to idle up slightly - there is no change in the alternator control from the ELD.
