S200 with UEGO Wide Band O2 Upgrade

Post by greateddy »

I will doing a S200 on P61, and wiring it into a OBD2 EM1. If i replace the primary O2, and ditch the secondary O2 (also ditching the cat) with a wide band UEGO can I feed the 5v swing into the ECU or do I need to dump the narrow 1volt in? Can it datalog this, I have no interest in staring at digital gauge on the dash.

I have a AEM EMS in my other car, and this is my first venture into Hondata stuff.

Thanks

I would strongly advise against useing the Uego and instead use a PLX wideband as it has both narrowband and wideband outputs simultaneously. THis allows you to run closed loop and get a wideband reading at the same time.

Planned on using AEM 30-2301. This unit is non gauge Single Channel Controller with both a 0-5V and 0-1V out. Although I will look at the unit you suggested.
