normal reflash to AJP reflash

hi i want to get an AJP turbo kit, but while i get to money to it i would like to reflash my ECU.

i have known that AJP has an special reflash for their turbo kit, so can i reflash my ECU normally first while i get the money for the AJP turbo kit and special reflash? and if it is possible, should i pay the $620 dlls. for this reflash or just $75 dlls like if it were an upgrade.
