05-06 engine and harness with low frequency 5 spd tranny

I am about to purchase my k-pro for my swap but after reading your tech on the high and low frequency vss I'm a bit confused. I bought a engine from a wrecked 06 rsx type s. My problem is before selling the engine to me the owner started parting out the car and swapped out the transmission for a 5 speed civic tranny. The six speed tranny is now in his friend's 96 civic with a civic si k swap.(The owner is having problems with his speedo) My tranny is a low fequency from a civic si. PLease could you inform me on what I need to run k-pro with the 5 speed tranny and my 06 engine and wire harnness. I have a 96 civic coupe. I know the 6 speed is better but I have to work with what i've got and right now the only thing that's left to complete my swap is the ecu.

As far as the ECU is concerned the 02-04 and 05-06 RSX engines are the same. You always need to use an 02-04 engine harness with engine swaps. Since you have an 02-04 transmission, this should be all that you need to swap.
