No, that should not damage anything. Follow the factory service manual trouble shooting for ther error code you are getting.

do you need to clear the error codes sometimes to stop them coming back up? Is this done by clearing the ecu and then uploading my current calibration?

If you go to Online, and clear DTC's and they come back then you have a problem you must resolve.

Well i tried the clear dtc earlier and the same one came back,

Would it be worth changing my o2 sensor?

Im only using the primary one.

Ive tried running the car in closed loop etc.... still getting the error code,

Was talking to the company who built my car and he said it takes the reading from the intake manifold pressure??

Take in mind im running a k20a2 from a euro civic type r and im running a PRA ecu the was made in the UK??

The engine is in a civic eg so its a swap??

Im also using the calibration from the k manager for the k20a2??

You don't have an o2 sensor, so you can't run in closed loop. In a PRA calibration the only way to force open loop is to set the maximum MAP for closed loop to 10 kPa.

Thanks for the reply. I stopped the error code from coming up earlier by running in open loop and selecting the use secondary o2 sensor. Would i be best run in closed loop at set the map for 10 kpa like u said rather than the way i have it now?
Is it any harm not using an o2 sensor? Always thought ud need one?
