S300 CODE 16 AND 3

JUST INSTALLED PRECISION TURBO 780 CC FUEL INJECTORS NOW IM GETTING A CODE 16 AND CAR IDLES REAR ROUGH, BUT IF I TAKE CAR TO 2000 RPMS IT SEEMS TO RUN FINE. THAN I GET A CODE 3 ALDOR FOR A MAP SENSOR, IM CURRENTLY RUNNING A GM 3 BAR.. ON TOP OF THE PISTONS CYLINDER 1 IS CLEAN, 2 IS DIRTY,3 IS DIRTY, AND 4 IS ALSO DIRTY. ALSO CYLINDER 4 SMOKES WHEN YOU REMOVE THE SPARK PLUG? CAR SEEMS TO HAVE A LOT OF SMOKE AND SMELL RICH BUT PLX WIDE BAND SHOWS 14.5 AT IDLE? SOME ONE PLEASE HELP IM SO CONFUSED ON WHATS GOING ON?

car runs..some reason the map sensor isnt functioning? car runs rough and smells really rich but wide band is at 14.5. any ideas. someone

i jsut installed me original map sensor and the numbers went through the roof to like 56568????my gm 3 bar was stuck at 70.. someone help with this and i keep getting map sensor codes and fuel injection codes

It sounds like you have a wiring problem. If a map sensor is wired incorrectly it will be damaged. Test your components on a known good vehicle.
