tuning h22a afrs

Post by sohctodohc »

k so im trying to learn the s300 and tuning here.

i have the s300 on a p30 with a plx wideband just to tune the afr's for now.

i have only messed with the first 5 columns, the columns 6-10 havent been touched yet. i know that the first 5 columns are choppy but i want some insight and if you want to pick me apart thats fine to. thanks for taking a look. any help is appreciated
ok i have to go pull the map off the laptop one more time for some reason it didnt save the right map.

i have worked on it a little more but still having problems with it leaning out in mid rpms and higher.

please help

and here is a newer version i worked on today.

open loop from 4 to 6 grand is holding low 13to1 afrs and higher then that is dropping down into high 12to1 afrs. wot is for the most part tuned.

does anyone have tips to tuning throttle??between 2 and 3 grand im hitting high 15to1 afrs, which is scaring me. i will load the map and a datalog of rpm to afr.

50 people have viewed this topic i know one of you can help me out

ok im still working on these freaking maps, ive made a little progress but im still having problems with my partial throttle being all over the place.

if someone could just post up a pic of how the 2d fuel graph should look throughout the rpms, that would be great as i cant for the life of me figure it out.

i no the columns are suppose to be uniform to each other its just still jumping alot through the afr's through the rpms.

for the most part WOT is hanging out at 13:1 afr from 5 to 7800 rpms. but im not worried about WOT as much as im worried about partial throttle.

sooooo please please please can someone help me out here. here is my map for you to take a peak at. thanks eveyone
