dealer question

so, i contacted a dealer about getting kpro. its been about a week since i sent out my ecu to this dealer. i was wonderin how long does it actually take to kpro an ecu? because from what i was told it would be 2-3 days and its been a full on week. contacted the dealer and all i get is answering machine. and when i do get a hold of the dealer its just itll be done soon. blah blah blah. so, what do you guys think? shadyness or whats really going on?
