Reading & preparing a stock map from OBD2a ecu?

Hi I have a Honda OBD2a ecu PCT!, I would like to read and copy the stock map from its ROM/processor and make it useable as a basemap in the S200 or S300 systems.

Please could you give me some insight into what reader I need and how the basemaps are copied from the ecu's factory ROM.

can you tell me how the stock maps were collected for you programs?

Was it ALL from OBD1 ecus?

Dyno tuned to give the same AF as stock maps.
