Okay,
I had my '00 H22a running p28 dyno tuned with an S200.
Car ran fine and dandy for first 3 weeks or soo.
Then one day after a little cruise car died when I turned off the A/C.
After I turned the car back on I had a solid CEL and car was basically in limp mode (iradic idle/spits and pops over 4K rpm)
I began driving and the CEL went away then came back on.
It continued doing this and it wont give me a code when I jump it.
The problem went away for a while after I reset the ecu, but now it's back and worse than before.
There is no pattern for when the CEL comes on, it's just a random thing.
Sometimes the idle dips VERY LOW even when the CEL isn't on.
Any guess to what might be the problem?
extremely frustrated,
Tom
tuned P28 w/ S200 keeps going into limp mode, NEED HELP!
do you have datalogging??
if so.. connect the laptop and datalog with the error code window open.. sometimes this will show the code, although it is not stored in memory..
i traced mine to a loose MAP sensor connection when it was doing that

Hondata seems to think it is the adapter wire harness, I'm not convinced but am checking a few things.
