PRA ecu and using nos
I have a PRA euro ecu and a progressive controller. How can i connect the two together so that the nitrous is controlled via a stand alone controller, but using kpro to make adjustments to fueling and ignition advance?
You will be much better off not using the controller box and just setting up the Nitrous as a dry system and use the K-Pro to manage the fuel and timing.

How does kpro know when nitrous is armed, and adjust fueling and timing to suit. was really wanting to use the progressive controller (nos mini 2 stage) to feed the nitrous in via a dry method either by a speed or rpm starting point and set for a timed period. Maybe start at 25bhp up to 75bhp over a time
will the PRA ecu i ve got support this. The nos controller has an output for retarding ignition.

Ok, so once i arm kpro via one of the input pins on the ecu, inside k manager, i can adjust fuel and ignition. Is this for a single shot, or does it alter fuel and ignition to suit amount of nitrous if i enter the same times, entered in the mini controller? if i decide to use the 2nd stage function in the nos mini controller, can i use nitrous 2 parameter armed via another input pin? I have looked at the wiring diagram, and it looks straight forward enough. Am i right in saying that the only part that doesnt apply to me is the output circuit coming from the ecu, as i have PRA ecu?Spunkster wrote:try it now.
the k-pro knows when you arm the input...look at the parameters in the software
