What should MAP sensor read at idling? Mine indicates a negative value. of -10-13"/psi during cold start. Is it normal?

All depends on your setup, but typically a heallthy engine will idle with about 20 inches of vacuum.

but mine is -13" plus. does it mean my engine is not healthy?

i only have 81.5mm wiseco pistons, toda c2 cams, stock type-r conrods, flat-bottomed valves, dual valve springs, etc in an ek9 engine.
