PLX SM-AFR Narrowband output problem

Post by mr.sky »

I recently purchased one of these and connected it to my Hondata S300.

The analog wideband output works fine (ELD D10), but the simulated narrowband (attatched to stock O2 signal D14) sends a voltage outside the narrowband range (2.4-2.6v, instead of 0-1V).

I have measured this voltage directly out of the PLX unit with a multimeter, as well as being displayed by the S300.

Has anyone else had this issue, or suggest why the PLX box is putting out such a high voltage over the narrowband? It seems to me like an issue with the PLX rather than the S300, as the S300 is just displaying the reading its receiving? I triple checked I havn't got the wideband and narrowband wires mixed up :-)
