new to kpro software

Post by kercha83 »

hi i am new to this kpro. I just downloaded the software from hondata then try to hook it up to my car using the usb 2 to usb wire, then when i turn the ignition to on i get a message saying " the sofware needs to be installed". After that i click install the software, then it says put in a disk or find another option. I dont have the disk so i click other option and from here i dont know what else to do. Can anybody help me out here. Am i doing something wrong.

In Kmanager, go to Help, Contents, under Installation, you will find installing USB drivers. Make sure you choose the one for your operating system and follow the instruction. It is very important that you follow the steps EXACTLY, or it will not work.

Currently it will not work with Vista 64 bit. You must use Vista 32 bit.
