Does Hondata have an open library of maps that anyone can post into and checkout or are there just the maps that go to the dealers?
? !

Well ... yes .. and no ... the dealer you buy your setup from should be able and might be willing to send you a start up base map ... but it is very easy to create your own base map with the RomEditor program .. built into the program .. when you select "new map" is a type of wizard .. that will ask you basic questions about you car ... after answering the questions... a "base" map will be created... NOW... with that said .. you must understand that this is JUST a starting point ... you will need to tune this map so that it works for you and your setup ... for that ... you will need access to either a shop with a Dyno .... or you will need to purchase some sort of wide band oxygen sensor setup ... there are a few to choose from and the prices for these sensors start at around 300 and go all the way up to a couple of thousand depending on what kind you are willing to pay for.
Let it be known ... tuning one of these systems WITHOUT some sort of wind band O2 sensor is pretty much a waste of time ... you will drive yourself mad
