s200 with boost on b20b with jrsc help

hi my set up is a b20b with jrsc boosting at 8psi running 550cc RC injectors.. im running the obd1 computer.. the trouble is that when using the hondata ecu my car cant start without holding the gas down then the car runs really rich and also bogs.. but when i put the stock ecu with the 320cc RC injectors the car ran good.. but i need help on what to do next... noone in hawaii tunes the ecu here and i really wanna use the hondata ecu cause if i dont ive wasted my money on nothing.....any help will do... also would it be possible to tell me what i should do next.... i also heard that some hondata person suppose to come to hawaii and tune the cars... please give me some info.......
