Issues with K Pro?

I"m working on a 2002 civic with a k20 swap with a turbo. It has a PND ecu with K Pro.
It runs for a minute then shuts off. I hear a click under the dash right before it shut off. When I download from the ecu it is blank. It dosen't keep a map. load a new map and when the car shuts off, it is blank again.
The ecu also won't comuincate with my laptop if I just turn the key to the ON position. Only if the car was running (for the minute it runs) or cranking over, then the ecu will comunicate untill the key cycled off and on.
This car had an ecu quit on it before. I was told it shut off on the road and the ecu was sent to Hondata for repair. Now this problem has been going on since I got the ecu back. It also has an O2 sensor code.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
It seems to be an ecu problem to me but I need other opinions.

Problem solved. The guy that did the install wired the o2 relay in wrong.
