I'll definitely look at my cap next. My wires are rather new NGK blues, but I guess with all the pulling of them, something could have happened there.

Could boost cut be causing an issue like this?

what about an msd digital 6 box and or blaster coil, do you think they can cause an issue? I've seen some people don't have any problem using this products. Thanks spunkster for the info.

I'm glad you brought this up. I've been wondering if I'm possibly blowing out spark. I was at about .30" gap, then dropped it to .19", then .16". Nothing helped. Bone stock ignition, completely untouched, and no add-ons.

MSD Blaster SS coils work great on boosted Hondas, you should be able to run at least a .030" plug gap. I have used this set up on 600+ whp cars no problems. A stock distributor usually shows signs of not having enough spark after 15 lbs or so, depending on the setup. No need for an MSD box, they are more likely to cause problems than solve em'. As far as the data logging issues go, factory plug wires, NGK's or MSD's work, I have had issues with just about every other manufacturers wires.
