i have 04 k20a2 in 01 em2. t3/t04 garrett turbo , 6psi , RC440cc injectors , stock fuel system , 2.5" exhaust(no cat) , 3" exhaust. and of course Kpro. i got my turbo kit all on and running , went tuning the first night , got the car running great , but ran into a problem. at 6600 rpm , my 440cc injectors were maxxing out at 100%. now i know its either injectors are too small , or the non return fuel system is holding me back.
for questions:
i have a 255 lph walbro pump to put in my car. i read that the stock PRB ecu(not Kpro) , controls the fuel pump using variations in voltage modulation , or somin like that , lol. im sure you understand. ive also read that using a walbro pump with this stock PRB ecu , will ruin the pump.
my question is can i run the walbro pump with Kpro without altering anything else? no relay setup needed?
will the returnless system be able to put the pressure out i need for 6psi under said conditions? or should i bite the bullet and switch the car over to return style system? which im sure is a pain in the ass , lol.
thanks in advance guys , and congrats to doug and team on his records.

heres a few pics of my car actually on the dyno , saturday just passed. injectors maxxing at 6600. vtec set too early(5000rpm) as i learned from dynos readout , which of course you dont have street tuning.

6psi and above mentioned issues:

datalog of last run on the dyno , any opinions and advice as to my tune welcome.

i have 750's in my hand right now. i would really like some input on the info i read on sport compact i beleve it was about voltage modulation controlled fuel pump that rsx has stock. i read if you run a walbro , you will ruin it. when you get a chance spunk , give me some insight buddy would ya. until than i guess ill throw the injectors in and see what happens.
honestly dude , i work on hondas everyday in my own shop , only K series is my own though. and thats exactly how they have always ran , just wanted to make sure. good to know buddy , thank you very much.
i just got back from first time playing around with the car with 750's in it. i had to add a ton of fuel to the map i was using oddly enough , i had it set in my head it was gonna be the other way around. WOT and cruising , feels normal. BUT , lol , is it normal to have a terrible idle with big injectors cause , the car idles like shit. AF is up and down , up and down. i got alot of work to do , lol. i raised my idle up to 1000rpm.
later tonite ill have some datalogs to share , maybe if you have time you can give me some insight on the idle spunk. the map i can tune myself unless i run into something wonky , lol. at redline , duty cycle seems to be around 86% ish. anyways , thanks again spunk , look forward to learning more bud.

sounds like the car has a miss at idle. car ran great before i switched my 440's for 750's. so i assume it must be somin to do with them. i bought them used , do you think there is a problem with them? i wish we could datalog each individual cylinder , lol.
check out timeframe 56 to the end spunk , what you think of whats going on here. thanks again bud , your insight is muchly appreciated.
