ok. i have now bougth a plx wideband, and installed it, but the speedometer is still not working as it should.
when i cutted the original o2 lambda, it was a spark from it.
is a spark enough to kill the speed sensor?
please answer me if anyone knows.

yes a spark is enough to seriously damage or destroy any electrical component. even an invisible little static spark can completely obliterate a circuitboard.

im more curious as to how your original 02 sensor sparked when you cut it? did you not bother turning the car off when you did it? lol

have you checked the speed sensor display in hondata to verify if its the sensor or the guage?

Thanks for the answer. it was the speed sensor that was broken.
i guess i have`nt isolated the wires enough, so when the ignition was turned on, it became a spark.
