S200 not working

I need help I'm just a little confused right now cause I have a p72 with S200 and the red light in the box is not working. I have 2-3volts. What is wrong it should be 5 is there any way I can steal 5 volts from somewhere to ghetto rig it into working. What should I check?

Could it still work with only 3volts?

Where can I steal power so it would work?

IF it is not workign, it has more than likely been damaged, or the ecu you are trying to use it with is damaged. Try the s200 in a known good ecu.
