KMANAGER COMMAND LINE PARAMETERS?

Post by carbonctr »

Hi Hondata
Are there any command line parameters we can use with KManager yet? Datalog/record on startup would be handy.

Another handy feature would be to autosave a datalog on closing KManager or shutting down pc in case of forgetting to save it. I've datalogged a couple of times and lost it by switching off the car ignition making my carpc shutdown before saving.

Nice one! I missed that as I went from V1.2.3.5 to V1.2.8. Don't think I used the car when the in betweens were released. I'll change my startup menu command line next time in car :D

Is there a way to start KManager with a calibration open and datalog at the same time?
I like KManager to open the currently loaded calibration each time it starts. I normally do this by putting the calibration in the startup folder so it is opened by KManager. I can't find a way to add the "datalog" parameter when opening KManager this way....

Make a shortcut to KManager. Edit the target to include the calibration name and then 'datalog'.

Cool....I have made a shortcut with the following target:
"C:\Program Files\KManager\KManager.exe" C:\"Program Files"\KManager\Calibrations\kal.kal datalog

It loads up okay on my laptop but will try it in the carpc this evening to see if the dataloggin works....

WORKS A TREAT!

Many thanks :D
